I’m so glad I chose this hotel — I would 100% stay here again. The staff were professional, kind, and always ready to help. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the room. It had the most breathtaking view of the valley and Mt. Fansipan. Simply relaxing on the balcony was an unforgettable experience. I was initially torn between this hotel and another well-known 5-star property in town. After visiting the other hotel for a drink and seeing their room size and service, I can confidently say KK Sapa offers far better value for money. The rooms are spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. Water pressure was excellent, and both the shower and bathtub were superb — small details that made a big difference. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the convenient access from the 15th floor to the main street, which made walking into town very easy. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the view from the dining area was a great bonus — definitely up to 5-star standards. A special shoutout to receptionist Hana for her kindness and for making sure my transportation was arranged smoothly. I also visited the spa during my stay, and the massage therapist was excellent. Additional thoughtful touches like complimentary umbrella rentals during rainy weather and the beautifully maintained rose garden added to the overall experience. Housekeeping was also top-notch. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to return!

Upon arrival, we were blown away by the beautiful touches in our room—gorgeous flowers, elegant swan towels, and a delicious cake with ‘Happy Honeymoon’ written on it. We arrived early after an overnight sleeper bus and were kindly allowed to rest in the lounge while waiting for check-in – such a thoughtful touch that really set the tone. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, just like the warm hospitality we experienced across the country. Our room was lovely, clean, and had fantastic mountain views. The real MVP? The breakfast buffet. Hands down the best one we had during our entire 11-day trip in Vietnam. Huge variety, everything fresh, and we left every morning absolutely stuffed and happy. We also made good use of the pool and had some super relaxing massages – great value for a hotel of this standard. Highly recommend KK Sapa – would 100% stay again!

Our room was lovely, and to our surprise and delight, we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, which made our stay even more special. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. A special shoutout to Sarah, the Guest Relations Officer, who truly went above and beyond for us. She was so attentive and helpful, assisting us in booking multiple trips and planning out our days while we were there. Her warm, friendly manner and local knowledge made everything so easy and stress-free — she was absolutely brilliant. Can’t recommend KK Hotel enough — we’ll definitely be back!

This hotel was fantastic, I would highly recommend this to anyone. It offers great facilities, the gym and pool are what you would expect from a hotel like this. The whole of the hotel was very clean, the rooms were good a good size and the beds were very comfortable. I opted to have breakfast which didn't disappoint, it offered a large variety buffet which changed daily. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and very very helpful. They organised all of my trips for me, which was the same price if I did all the organising myself. I would like to individually thank Sarah, she organised all of my trips and organised the roomed to be made up for Valentines day. Thank you, great experience, will be back for sure.
